Step 1: Apply & Pay Registration Fee

First things first, fill out an application form and pay the non-refundable £25 per person registration fee.

Step 2: Confirmation of Outreach Location

Once we have received your application and registration fee, we will contact you regarding your choice of outreach locations. Our hope is to send everyone to the outreach of their choice and the earlier an application is submitted the more likely that the desired outreach is still available, as they are assigned first come first serve.

Step 3: Forms and Travel Documents

We will send you an information pack with some forms to fill out and additional information about the programme, such as arrival and departure times and a kit list of what to bring. Participants must complete medical, liability and reference forms. The references are to be filled out by a parent/youth leader/pastor etc, depending on the type of application.

All participants are also required to have their own travel insurance policy (or group policy) and will need to submit a copy of their insurance certificate along with a photocopy of their passport. Youth Leaders please ensure that each of your young people hold a valid passport which does not expire until a minimum of 6 months after the programme ends. DBS checks will also be required for all participants over the age of 16, including youth leaders.

Once all your travel documents are in order, our admin team will contact you with the relevant flight information so you can book your flights, please wait to book them until you receive the go ahead from us. Our aim is to have all team members travel on the same flight, including YWAM outreach leaders. It is best to book as early as possible as flight prices tend to increase nearer the date of travel, so please to get all your forms back to us as soon as possible.

Step 5: Pay Camp & Outreach Fees

We understand that it takes time to raise awareness and fundraise to get the amount necessary to go on a Missions trip. This should be viewed as an opportunity to see God in action, our experience has been that God provides! Sometime in miraculous ways, sometimes through the generous gifts of family, friends and churches, and sometimes through grants and donations. We are happy to give some fundraising tips and suggestions to help you along the way and we encourage you to have faith that God will do His part as you do yours. After your application has been accepted we will send you an invoice for the total cost of the programme (£350 per person, not including flight) which will be payable one month prior to the start of the programme, June 6th for Exam Leavers & Students and June 26th for Youth Groups & Individuals. This ensures we have enough time to arrange currency conversions and transfer funds to the relevant places.
